Our "payment refund procedure" is quite simple and we will require following information from you:

  1. Send us a scanned copy of "enrollment slip" in certification exam i.e. we need to know that when you registered for the exam.

  2. Send us a scanned copy of your Result/Score Report.

  3. Order number of product purchased from us.

  4. Name and Payment method

  5. For refunds, our email: [email protected]

It will be a repayment of the funds or you will be advised to procure a new product that may help you to pass your exam. We'll refund your money within 7 business days.

In order to save ourselves from scammers and continue this Money Back Guarantee for loyal customers we do want to make sure that:

  1. Candidate prepared for the examination and spent at least 7 days studying our materials.
  2. The Candidate didn't skip the examination due to personal problems.
  3. We are responsible for Candidate's failure due to a faulty product delivered by us.
  4. You have purchased the product from us within last 90 days.
  5. Guarantee does not apply to "non-proctored" exams i.e. exams available online without a proctor.
  6. Our Guarantee Policy is not applicable to Avaya, CISSP, PMI, HPE, Riverbed, SAP and SSCP exams.
  7. Retired exam. (For customers who use our current product to attend the exam which is already retired.)
  8. Please note that Refund option/claim is not Available/Possible for any discounted or promotion products. Refund will be available only for Full price  Products.
